General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Assist Radiologists during procedures with scrubbing beside and coordinating the room during cases. Scheduling and coding of procedures. Post procedure film processing with charting and billing case and supplies.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Electronic EMR (Epic), Sectra Pacs, Toshiba IR Machine, Siemens Ultrasound Unit.
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Interventional Radiology Technologist Experience with 3 years' experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
BLS, ARRT(R) and North Dakota Medical Imaging Board registration- NDMIRT along with background check
Shift or schedule requirements.
Yes, Employee will work independently for smaller interventional cases and in a two team pair for large angiography work. Yes, call is required; evening and weekend rotation
Floating to other units/departments.
Mainly working in Interventional Radiology with floating to other departments (Cat Scan) to assist with procedures
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
Two fluoro rooms, CT utilization, two mis rooms for Ultrasound procedures.
Dress Code:
hospital scrubs (supplied)
