Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Biller

Medical Biller – Full-time, onsite, $22-$24 per hour, Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm during training. Great office to work in with huge opportunities for growth!

Required Qualifications for the Medical Biller

  • 3+ years of recent medical billing, claims, and/or collections experience required

  • Dermatology and CMS 1500 experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Medical Biller

  • Handle all aspects of medical billing and A/R follow-up

  • Research and resubmit denied claims

  • Review CPT codes and code pathology

  • Set up payments

  • Answer billing questions

  • Assist with phone calls as needed
